Holztiger Wooden Lion Figure — Handcrafted Animal Toy, Ages 3+

The Holztiger Wooden Lion is one of those toys that earns a permanent place on the shelf. Solidly made in Europe from sustainably sourced maple wood, this hand-painted lion figure is detailed enough to delight an adult and sturdy enough to survive years of imaginative play.

Holztiger has been making wooden animal figures for decades, and the quality shows in every piece. The paint is non-toxic and durable. The form is realistic without being fussy. Children pick it up and immediately start telling stories.

Perfect for:

• Toddlers and preschoolers who love animals (ages 3+)
• Open-ended storytelling and small-world play
• Pairing with other Holztiger figures to build a safari or jungle scene
