Processing Time
We carefully pack every order with love and attention. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days, and processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons or product launches.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future — thank you for your patience and support!
Carriers & Rates
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your packages safely.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and package weight. You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. You can follow your package’s journey directly from that email.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, Barn and Bunny LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number. We’ll always do our best to assist you and help start a carrier investigation if needed.
Wrong Address or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Currently we do not offer pre-orders or backorders. If this changes, any future pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page along with updated delivery timelines.
Holiday & Weather Delays
During holidays or extreme weather events, carriers may experience unexpected delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience — we promise your order will reach you as soon as possible!
