We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

By placing an order, you authorize us (via Shopify Payments or other processors) to charge your selected payment method. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. A contract is formed only when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@barnandbunny.com. After 24 hours, or once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders within the United States using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Once an order is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Barn and Bunny LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not issue refunds for carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@barnandbunny.com.

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Unused and clean
    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used toys or opened packaging

  • Sensory materials (e.g. dough, slime, art supplies)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (optional)

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment after we inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged products only. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Safety Notice – Parental Supervision Required

Many of our products are designed for children 3 years and older and may contain small parts that can pose a choking hazard. All children must be supervised during play. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to determine whether a toy is appropriate for their child.

No Responsibility for Misuse

Barn and Bunny LLC is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to:

  • Lack of adult supervision

  • Use not in accordance with product instructions

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Improper assembly or modification of toys

Use of our products is at your own risk.

Personal Use Only – No Unauthorized Resale

Products purchased from our store are intended for personal use only and not for resale or distribution. Unauthorized resale of our products, including on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or similar, is strictly prohibited. Wholesale inquiries must receive written approval from Barn and Bunny LLC.

Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

We take fraud seriously. By placing an order, you agree not to file false claims or chargebacks. Fraudulent claims include but are not limited to:

  • Claiming non-delivery when tracking shows delivered

  • Filing payment disputes after receiving products

  • Using stolen credit cards

  • False refund or return claims

Abusive chargebacks or fraudulent claims are a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement and payment processors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any legal action must be filed in Orange County, California, unless resolved through arbitration as required above.
