We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if items show signs of use, damage, or missing components that prevent resale.


How to Initiate a Return

Returns require prior authorization.

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The incorrect item was received

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Barn & Bunny is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
